Silver Coast Winery’s award-winning winemaker, Dana Keeler, makes wines in the traditional, European style using regionally-grown grapes. Keeler produces whites, blushes and reds from several different grape varietals.

Silver Coast’s Ocean Isle Beach location offers daily wine tastings as well as tours of the full production facility. After your tasting with one of the winery’s friendly and knowledgeable staff members, browse the gift shop and art gallery, or relax and have a glass of your favorite wine.

Silver Coast Winery  *  Southport, NC Location
Silver Coast Winery has a second location in downtown Southport called the Silver Coast Winery Tasting Room. This location also has a gift shop and art gallery and participates in the monthly First Friday Art Walk (link to Art blog.) Kick back and enjoy a glass of wine or even a beer and browse the location’s beautiful artwork.

Planning an event for your wine-loving friends? Both the Southport and Ocean Isle Beach Silver Coast locations are available to book for your next party, wedding or rehearsal dinner. Silver Coast Winery also offers private tastings.

Southport’s Live Oak Cafe has not only an eclectic dinner menu, but also an extensive wine list that includes wines from all over the world. Uncorked By the Sea Wine Shop and Gallery
Uncorked By The Sea carries wines from all over the world in a wide range of price points. Stop by for their weekly tastings Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each week, proceeds from the wine tasting go to benefit a local non-profit organization.

The Grape and Ale
Located on beautiful Oak Island, The Grape and Ale has a large selection of boutique wines and craft beers. Customers can buy bottles to take home, or enjoy a glass in the Grape and Ale’s courtyard–complete with wifi Internet access. For serious oenophiles, The Grape and Ale offers a wine club with discounts and benefits for only $34.99 per month. Not a wine lover? There’s a Brew Club as well for those customers who prefer beer instead. The Grape and Ale also has no-corkage agreements with several area restaurants, meaning you can buy your bottle at the store and take it to your favorite restaurant without paying a corkage fee!
