This winter in the USA is destined to be colder than last years according to predictions of weather experts. Costa Rica also offers an overall lower cost of living than one would find living comparably in the United States. Property taxes are very low and real estate along the pacific coast offers a luxury lifestyle for considerably less than one would find in sunny southern California for example.
