With forty miles of trails, The Landings offers easy access to the boundless beauty of nature, ready and waiting for residents to enjoy. The Landings’ two-acre farm has various garden plots, along with an organic section, children’s garden, and European honeybee hive. The garden is open to all Landings residents, but even if you don’t have a green thumb, you can still enjoy the fresh produce!

A quick drive away is historic downtown Savannah, where cobblestone streets are shaded by towering oaks, dripping with Spanish moss. There are parks, such as Forsyth Park, and cathedrals like the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, which make sightseeing alone worthwhile. There are many fun walking and bus tours. Close to Savannah is the historic Old Fort Jackson, the state’s oldest remaining fort that dates back to 1808. Savannah boasts many museums, including a maritime museum, railroad museum, and Civil Rights museum.
