We are delighted to present our quarter-end report, which showcases the significant milestones achieved and the positive trends observed from January 1st to March 31st.

2024 Winter Show Season Recap

The 2024 Ideal-Living Real Estate Shows recently concluded with five successful events throughout the northeast and Midwest. Thousands of retiree buyers registered to learn more about purchasing property and making a move to a new location this winter. We want to thank the 90+ different builders, communities, and resource-oriented exhibitors attending these events that helped make these shows so successful! Here are a few highlights from the season:

  • 4500 overall attendees
  • 3600 RSVPs and attended registrations
  • Over half of all registrations were first-time attendees
  • Multiple sales converted out of each show market reported already

Website Engagement:

  • Our online presence continued to thrive with an impressive influx of more than 170,000 visitors to the ideal-LIVING website. Notably, 70% of these visitors were new, indicating a growing interest in our offerings. Collectively, these visitors explored a remarkable +726,725 pages on our website, underscoring the engaging and informative content we provide.

Community and Discovery Tour Requests:

During this quarter, we received an overwhelming response from prospective home buyers, with over  6,680 community and discovery tour requests. This heightened interest is a testament to the appeal of our lifestyle offerings and the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

Buyer Mobility:

  • Our buyers are embracing change and mobility, with a total of 10,092 National Change of Address (NCOA) moves within the country. Among these moves, 5400+ were state-to-state relocations, reflecting a willingness among our clientele to explore new horizons. Additionally, 4,100+ moves occurred within the same state, highlighting the attractiveness of our diverse range of locations.

These achievements underscore the success of our marketing strategies, the appeal of our communities, and the overall positive trajectory of ideal-LIVING. We remain committed to providing exceptional experiences and helping our clients find their ideal living spaces.
