We are delighted to present our quarter-end report, which showcases the significant milestones achieved and the positive trends observed from July 1st to September 30th.

The Best of the Best

Each year, ideal-LIVING assesses the most popular destinations and sought-after amenities to determine the best places to live in the US and internationally. Communities from waterfront to mountain and lake communities with golf, tennis, pickleball, watersports, hiking and biking trails, fitness centers, and spas, and we encourage our readers to explore communities to visit them. Our Leads are making the move to new locations around the US this summer, with 13,874 confirmed NCOA moves (46.4% State to State and 53.5% in-state moves)  that happened this quarter.

Website Engagement:

  • Our online presence continued to thrive with an impressive influx of more than 137,000+ visitors to the ideal-LIVING website. Notably, 72% of these visitors were new, indicating a growing interest in our offerings. Collectively, these visitors explored a remarkable +597,000+ pages on our website, underscoring the engaging and informative content we provide.

Community and Discovery Tour Requests:

During this quarter, we received an overwhelming response from prospective home buyers, with over  5,876 community and discovery tour requests. This heightened interest is a testament to the appeal of our lifestyle offerings and the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

Buyer Mobility:

  • Our buyers are embracing change and mobility, with a total of 13,874 National Change of Address (NCOA) moves within the country. Among these moves, 5965+ were state-to-state relocations, reflecting a willingness among our clientele to explore new horizons. Additionally, 7353+ moves occurred within the same state, highlighting the attractiveness of our diverse range of locations.

These achievements underscore the success of our marketing strategies, the appeal of our communities, and the overall positive trajectory of ideal-LIVING. We remain committed to providing exceptional experiences and helping our clients find their ideal living spaces.

Things to See with ideal-LIVING in the Fourth Quarter of 2024

This is an ongoing campaign that is already yielding positive results.

  • The Fall Magazine is in Homes NOW: The fall edition of Ideal-LIVING Magazine dropped a few weeks ago and is already in our readers' homes.
  • Social Media Blitz: We are enhancing your social media strategy. Ideal-LIVING plans to promote new stories woven, daily, through Instagram and Facebook to elevate our social media campaigns, making them soar while simultaneously building our nationwide audience.
